GENERAL USAGE

Website2999 provides wide a range of premium (“paid”) templates and other related content and services through our website. You are free to use and access the content on our website and its services provided that you respect our Terms of Service.

TERMS

The following terms will be used and referred to in Terms of Services.

Site : Website2999 ‘s website

Website templates : Templates that are provided by Website2999 or its affiliates, are paid (premium).

Template Editor : Once paid, the client will receive template through the mail and can personalize or customize template accordingly. Once the template selected and delivered to client would be not replaced in any condition.

Domain : Website2999 provides domain with .in extension only.

Template Services : We provide template editing services, only till one month from purchase which includes changes in content and images. We do not provide services related to change in the design of the template.(Extra charges are applicable for the changes in design.)

Template Delivery : “Ready to use” template will be delivered within 6 days of working counting from the day content and required images are provided.

Personal visit : Extra Charges may apply for a developer/ designer associated with Website2999 to visit the client. Clients can visit the office in working days.

Refunds : If Project is cancelled or rejected after confirmation at least 20% amount will be deducted from the total project cost.

Content : Content should be provided from client side, extra charges are applicable if content is maintained by websitee2999 team. Charges may apply if content needs to be changes after finalization.

Logo : Logo should be provided from client site, extra charges may apply if logo is designed by website2999 team.

Extended Support : Any kind of extended support given by website2999 team will cost extra.

Web Hosting : Renovation charges may apply accordingly after completion of a year.

SEO : Templates are SEO optimized. If you want result oriented and ranking based optimized designs, extra charges will be applied in this case.

Usage : Template issued by Website2999 should not be misused for any sort of illegal activities.

Website2999 Copyright : Every website and templates designed and developed by will have a website2999 copyright link in the botom of the website (footer) if any one wish to remove it will have to pay Rs.1000 extra for the same.

PAYMENTS

You represent and warrant that when you purchase a template or service from us or from our affiliates that:

Any information you supply is true, complete and belongs to you

Provided contact details is yours

Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company

You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

Extra Taxes Are Applicable On Overseas Clients

Website2999 reserves the right to revise the Terms of Use as well as anything else on this Site at any time without prior notice.
